Narendra Shah is the CEO of IK Group. He has over 35 years of industry experience. He is an active member of several edible-oil industry related trade associations. He provides strategic direction to the company and is responsible for overall planning, direction and control of the company. He formulates the company's strategies, policies and growth plans.

Nirav Shah
Nirav Shah is a Whole-time Director with IK Group. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a MBA graduate from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He has over 5 years of work experience with multinational organizations like KPMG and E&Y. He is currently responsible for managing the finance and marketing aspect of the organization.
Hitesh Shah
Hitesh Shah has over the 8 years experience in oil and textiles. His experties lies in mannufacturing and administration.
Murali Rathi
Murali Rathi has over 25 years of Industry knowledge. He is currently responsible for the day to day operations of the company which includes production, purchase and administration.
