Narendra Shah is the CEO of IK Group. He has over 35 years of industry experience. He is an active member of several edible-oil industry related trade associations. He provides strategic direction to the company and is responsible for overall planning, direction and control of the company. He formulates the company's strategies, policies and growth plans.
Nirav Shah is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an all-India rank holder in the final CA examination with highest distinction in Cost Accounting and Management. Further, he has completed his MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) with a specialization in Finance and Strategy, with a semester abroad at HEC School, France. He has over 5 years of work experience with multinational organizations like KPMG and E&Y and has worked in their audit and taxation teams. At IK Oils, Nirav has worked across departments and functions and has been instrumental in expanding the company into other geographical markets, launching new products and starting the trading division to deal with imported oils and cakes.

With 18+ years of experience across the oil and textile sectors, Hitesh focuses on manufacturing operations and administration. He has been instrumental in strengthening the internal systems, accounting policies and administrative protocols.
